You are aware of the health risks of being overweight so we will not waste your time going over them. What you want to know is “How to lose fat belly”. The ability to lose excess fat is possible by everyone yet the rate of weight loss varies for each individual, so don’t be discouraged if someone else is losing faster than you. When you start out, don’t just focus on your stomach region as you might not see the weight loss that occurs in your face, neck, arms, legs, thighs or buttocks. I know that you want to lose fat belly yet your body uses the stomach area to store its main reserves of fat so it will use body fats found in other areas first. This is why you will see results in these other areas faster.


Exercises such as sit-ups or crunches will NOT help you target and lose fat belly faster. The exercise will build muscle and burn excess fat yet your body will determine what fat is to go first… and it will not be the abdomen if other deposits exist. This is why I requested that you look at yourself in the mirror before you start. You will notice the gradual changes to these areas yet there is not better feeling than having someone you have not seen in a couple weeks say to you “Have you lost weight?” That is when you realize that your weight loss is truly working.


So how do you lose fat belly and see results within 60 days? Let’s start out by telling you what to avoid as these tend to be traps many fall into and don’t get results they wanted.


Avoid The Following:

Expensive Exercise Equipment - Ab Blaster or any other TV infomercial promoting the next miracle flab busting machine. Exercise is good but these expensive gimmicks will not help you lose fat belly any faster than going for a 20 minute walk.
Anything that says it targets any specific area of fat – Nothing can target just your fat belly… not exercises, machines, pills or foods, nothing. They are just targeting YOU for a sale of their potentially useless product.
Expensive Weight Loss Franchises or Meal Programs – Weight loss franchises are very expensive and results are not guaranteed. Why? They make money by having you on the program not off it. Many provide meal programs (additional cost) that reduce calories but doesn’t teach you how to eat and keep a healthy lifestyle. This is the main reason these franchises and meal programs end up failing you.

So what CAN you do to lose fat belly and start seeing results in 60 days?

What many of us don’t focus on is healthier eating and lifestyle as we think that it is too difficult to maintain. The funny thing is, many of us started out eating better than we do today it is just that we have forgotten how or just don’t have the time. To lose fat belly and see sustainable weight loss start a weight loss program that you can do from home, at work or anywhere you need to be. Find a balanced weight loss program that will allow you to eat everyday foods without the need for pre-packaged diet meals, supplements or the need to count calories. It must allow you to eat the foods that you would normally find in a grocery store (including treats) yet teach you what your body needs. If it provides additional tools to help make quick and healthy meals for those busy days then all the better. Make sure it is flexible for you so you want to stay with it to make it effective. Exercise is not necessary for weight loss yet will help you burn fat faster.

How to Lose Fat Belly Quickly. It is Time to Learn How to Obtain That Flat Stomach You Have Always Wanted!

If you or a close family member is overweight, it seems that most of our fat is around the belly. When you want to lose weight, the main thing everyone truly wants to know is how to lose fat belly as quickly as possible.

Belly Fat is a real epidemic and if you ask your doctor, he/she would agree. When you visit your doctor the first thing they will do during a physical is measure your waist. Fat that is stored around the belly puts people at risk of high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, type-2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke. If you don’t know your waist circumference, then get out that tape measure and find out. Another key value you should know is your BMI or Body Mass Index.


So what are the values that your doctor will be concerned about? Well, the values vary on ethnicity and gender but tend to fall into these groupings:

Caucasian, European, Mediterranean or Middle Eastern:


Men – less than 40 inches (102 cm)
Women – less than 35 inches (88 cm)


Asian, Indian, Ethnic South & Central American:

Men – less than 35 inches (90 cm)
Women – less than 32 inches (80 cm)


Other factors include the persons age (18-65) and not pregnant or breastfeeding.

2 Steps To Lose Fat Belly, Now!

You have probably heard a lot about the importance of positive thinking in weight

loss. If you keep harboring negative thoughts, you will never be able to lose fat

belly. Notice, that I did not say to lose belly fat, because you want to lose it all,

altogether. On the other hand, if you become a positive thinker, fat belly loss will

become easy for you. Let me awaken you to an idea.

Believe it or not, you are unable to lose fat belly, because you believe that you are

fat; chances are that, you even hate yourself for the same reason. Now, if you believe

yourself to be skinny instead, can you imagine the positive impact it can have on your

fat belly loss goals? Your mindset and attitude can make or break your fat loss goals.

In this article I will tell you how to develop a positive mindset for the purpose of

losing the fat stomach.

Remember though, that just as you cannot lose weight overnight, you also cannot

transform your negative thoughts into positive ones within a very short time. So be

patient with yourself and try to incorporate these changes slowly into your life!

1. The reason behind your fat loss: What is the big reason why you want to lose fat

belly? Is it simply because you are unable to bear with the taunts you receive from

your office colleagues, or is it because you keep getting turned down for dates, or is

it simply because you want a figure like your favorite celebrity whose photograph you

recently saw in a magazine? Whatever it is, write them all down on a piece of paper.

Note down all the reasons behind your belly fat loss endeavors, no matter how small or

big they are!

For best results, buy some Post-It-Notes stickers and write down everything on such a

sticker, and make copies of it on other stickers. Then stick those stickers at every

corner of your house so that you are reminded of your fat loss goals everyday. Don’t

forget to stick them on your kitchen and refrigerator as well: those are the places

where you are most likely to be tempted to eat the ‘forbidden’ foods on your fat loss

program!

2. Realistic goals and motivation: Now it is time to set some realistic goals for

yourself. To do that, you need to know your ideal waist size, and then subtract that

from your current waist size. The resulting number that you get is the number of

inches you need to lose to acquire the kind of shape that you want.

Now, realistically, you cannot lose more than 2 pounds per week. Do the math and find

out how many pounds you can lose a year from now. Again, be realistic in your goals,

as unrealistic goals serve no purpose. For whatever amount of weight that you can lose

in a week, take a measurement around your waist. Is it one quarter of an inch, half

an inch? That is how the weight loss translates into inches per week, and per month,

and so on in your quest to lose fat belly.

Once you have set your goals in inches to lose around the waist, you now need some

motivation that will help you achieve your goal to lose fat belly. What you will use

to motivate yourself will depend on the reason behind your belly loss. If you want to

be like your favorite celebrity, for example, hang the pictures of that celebrity all

around your house. Side by side, also hang your picture with your current fat belly!
